Here at FLEXBEAUTYBOX.com we are committed to providing you the best! This theme is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the West Coast and 5-7 business days on the East Coast. We ship all orders USPS (UNITED STATE POSTAL SERVICE). We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. If you are out of time and need your hair tomorrow, we got you! We offer an Express service so you orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays. 

FLEX BEAUTY BOX isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to FLEX BEAUTY BOX. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment at your cost.
